To our most seasoned residents:
Goshen Community Care and Hospice and the Town of Goshen are working together during these difficult times to do what we can to help our seniors either get groceries or medication. Although we have a list of those seniors who may need help, we believe there may be others we are not aware of. If you know of someone who might need help or if you yourself could use assistance please reach out to GCCH at 860-491-4673 or the Town of Goshen 860-491-2308 ext. 228.
The Goshen Community Care & Hospice organization is here to serve the residents of Goshen.
If you or you know of any resident in need of our services, for whatever reason, please contact our coordinator Deborah DiPietro at 860-491-HOPE (4673) or firstname.lastname@example.org or any of the board members listed below. All requests are handled with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
There is never a fee charged for any of our services. Therefore, we depend solely on the support and tax-deductible donations made by individuals, families, civic organizations and area businesses. Funds for our programs are received through the generous giving of those who know us and desire that our efforts continue and expand. Your tax deductible checks may be made payable to “The Goshen Community Care & Hospice” or “GCC&H” and mailed to:
