2020 Pewter Ornament
This year’s pewter ornament, crafted by Woodbury Pewter, reflects our Town’s fortitude during the Pandemic, and heartfelt thanks to all those who take great risks to help us get through these difficult and uncertain times. Many thanks to Cynthia Baldwin of Goshen who graciously agreed to design this year’s simple, but meaningful ornament.
The cost of the ornament is $15.00 and, as always, 100% of the profits from the sale of the ornaments will help support the services that we provide to our Community.
We sincerely thank the following businesses and organizations for permitting us to display and sell this year’s ornaments:
- Goshen Wine & Spirits
- Torrington Savings Bank (Goshen)
- Union Savings Bank (Goshen)
- The Mary Stuart House
- Goshen Town Hall
Ornaments can also be ordered from the GCC&H Office (860-491-4673) and can be delivered to any location in Goshen.
Goshen Community Care & Hospice would like to send out a big thank you to Goshen Wine & Spirits located on Route 4 in Goshen.
During this time of coronavirus pandemic, they took the time to collect donations for our organization. With all the change, regulations and work they had to deal with just to run their own business, they still took the time to help others. This small business is what makes our community great!
Thank you Greg Brick, Goshen Wine and Spirits and all the customers who donated! We are so grateful to have your support!!
Thank you everyone who helped make the Goshen Fair such a successful fund raiser for our organization this year! From our wonderful Fair committee for GCC&H, to the board members and especially all the volunteers who gave of their time on a holiday weekend to sell water and ornaments. We are grateful to all of you!
We would like to acknowledge the Goshen Agricultural Fair committee for all their hard work, the amazing help from the Goshen Volunteer Fire Dept members for helping unload water for our fundraiser and Tom and Barbara Breor for all they do for our organization.
We take none of your time and energy for granted and know that we would not be successful without all of you! Thank you!
